County Plumbing Services, Inc. will:
  • Shut down domestic water to Bldg C (scheduled with management, 8 AM–2 PM, residents notified 72 hrs prior).
  • Replace 2 domestic cold & hot water risers, floors 1–4, with Type L copper and new isolation valves per floor.
  • Install new 2" backflow preventer and pressure-reducing valve in mechanical room.
  • Pressure test, flush and chlorinate; obtain Sarasota County inspection.
Excludes: drywall patch/paint, unit fixtures, after-hours work unless noted.
